WHAT IS
SYSTEM SEVENTEEN?
At it's very core SYSTEM SEVENTEEN is ultimately a motorcycle parts rebuilding specialist, but it's actually way more than that...

It is a by-product of years of tinkering with motorcyles and a genuine passion for all things mechanical.
I've been there... 5 hours into a 10 minute job and absolutely dreading the can of worms I'm about to open by fettling with technical parts that I do not understand or have the right tools for.
​
So I created SYSTEM SEVENTEEN, for the average motorcycle DIYer. For the people who have the confidence to do the "bolt on" jobs but may not have the expertise or equipment to really delve into the more techinal side.
WHAT DO WE DO?
I specialize in "The Boxables."
​
I don't take in whole bikes. I don't do oil changes or tire swaps. Instead, I focus on the high-precision components you can fit in a box and ship to my bench, for example;

Fuel Systems: Complete ultrasonic cleaning and bench-syncing for carburetors that have seen better days.

Suspension: Rebuilding forks and shocks so they actually damp, rather than just bounce.

The "Fiddly" Bits: Pressing bearings, rebuilding calipers, or sorting out a hacked-up wiring loom.
You do the teardown. You do the final install. I handle the finniky bits in the middle.

HOW DOES IT WORK?
